This Privacy Policy governs how 258495 Alberta Ltd. ("Quorra") collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information obtained from you when you use our site, www.quoraapothecary.com (the "Site"). This Personal Information Privacy Policy is effective from October 27, 2004. Please note that this Personal Information Privacy Policy is subject to change without notice. We advise you to check periodically to see if we have made any changes. By using the Site you are agreeing to the terms of our Personal Information Privacy Policy and consenting to our methods of collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Personal Information Privacy Policy, and as those may change from time to time. Collection of Personal Information
We may ask you to share personal information with us such as your name, email address, postal address and telephone number or other information about you for purposes such as communicating with you. Whether you choose to allow Quorra to collect your personal information is optional; provision by you of such information will be deemed consent to Quorra's collection of same and to the used and disclosures set out below. Quorra will collect your personal information in a variety of circumstances for particular purposes, some of which include:

Registration. If you decide to become a registered user, we will collect some personal information such as your name and e-mail address. While it is not necessary to be a registered user to visit the Site, you will have to become a registered user if you want to place an order.
Ordering. If you decide to purchase something from the site, we will collect billing, payment, credit and shipping information and personal information to allow you to become a registered user. This personal information can be accessed and changed through your profile page upon logging on to the Site as a registered user.
Contests and Surveys. If you decide to voluntarily enter a contest or answer a survey on the Site which we periodically make available, we may require some demographic information such as your age in order to accept your entry or survey information. In the case of a contest we will also require contact information in case you are a winner of the contest.

Quorra collects personal information primarily to make our Site and services more convenient for you and to permit us to contact you and to send you information that we think might be of interest to you.
