Using the Shopping Bag
You can order quickly and easily through Quorraapothecary.com.

To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click on "Add to Basket" of the item you wish to buy.
To remove an item, check the box under the column labeled "Remove" and click "Recalculate" to see your new total.
To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Recalculate."
To delete entire order, click "Cancel Order"

Step 1 Sign In

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping basket and want to checkout, simply click "Check Out". You will be prompted to sign in by providing your name, address and e-mail address.

Step 2 Shipping & Billing address

Make sure to provide precise city/town, province/state, postal/zip code and country information. For shipping and billing addresses.
Simply check "Shipping information is the same" when shipment is going to billing address.
Quorraapothecary.com uses Canada Post and UPS.
You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

Step 3 Shipping and Packaging

After entering shipping and billing addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
You have the option of choosing gift-wrapped and card. Please include a personalized message for you gift card.
If you're sending a gift, be assured that prices are NOT included in the packing slip for your order.

Step 4 Order Confirmation

Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the billing and shipping addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Purchase Now."
Once the order is submitted, an Order Complete page will be displayed with an order ID number. Within an hour, you'll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order ID number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number after you click "Purchase Now."
We will process and ship your order within 1 - 2 business days.

Shipping Costs
Quorra.ca and Quorraapothecary.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Canada on all merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding GST). For shipments totaling less than $100, there are standard delivery charges as listed below. This offer excludes gift-wrap charges, gift certificates, and any applicable taxes.

Expedited Parcel (2-7 business days) - $8.50 (Canadian deliveries)
Xpress Post (1-2 business days) - $16.00 (Canadian deliveries)
UPS Standard (5-8 business days) - $19.50 (Continental US deliveries)
UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days) - $45.00 (Continental US deliveries)

Exchanges and Refunds
Quorra is sure you will be satisfied with your purchase as we carry only the highest quality products. In the event that you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare, body & bath or haircare products. Any opened packaging of other products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Although we endeavor to accurately represent colors and products, some computer monitors may distort our color palettes and products. If you have any questions about color or products prior to ordering, we would be happy to assist you.
